Deposit

All appointments require a $40 deposit to secure the booking (deducted from your final payment). The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours.

No show

If you FAIL to show up to your appointment without letting me know (NO SHOW), an additional fee of $30 will be automatically deducted from the account used to place the $30 deposit.

Late fee

If you are more than 15 minutes late without providing prior notice, a $15 late fee will be added to your appointment.

After hours appointments

Appointments after 5pm will incur a $15 after hours fee. Please ensure you add this option to your booking so I can be sure you have read and understood the policies.

Public holiday appointments

Appointments on public holidays will incur a $20 public holiday fee. Please ensure you add this option to your booking so I can be sure you have read and understood the policies.

Custom time

Appointments that are scheduled outside of my availability will incur an extra charge of $15. I will manually add this option to your booking after appointment is confirmed via DM.

Foreign infill

I DO allow foreign builder gel infills; however, they are not preferred. If you require a foreign infill, an additional $20 fee will be added to your appointment.

Please message me prior to adding this service.

Foreign removal

I DO NOT offer foreign removals from other nail techs or salons. I only remove sets that were originally done by me.

If you arrive with a foreign set, a $25 foreign removal fee will be added to your appointment.

I DO NOT remove acrylics, SNS or hard gel.

Nail inspo

If you are unsure what tier your inspo is, please DM me on Instagram @cnnailartistry, and then proceed with the booking.

Lastly, if you have a very specific nail design, please be aware that I will only be able to replicate a comparable look using the materials that are available to me.
